La Condo is a beautiful villa of 88 m² for 4 to 8 people on a property of 2000 m², situated at the end, on the heights of Villerouge-Termenès, with a magnificent view over the village and its medieval castle.

Living area 88m2 - 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed and a sofa bed will provide a good night's sleep, while you listen to the sound of cicadas.
Description: The main room has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, a living-dining room with TV and DVD, a leather sofa bed,  a buffet with all the dishes and a separate toilet. At the bottom of the main room is a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. The pink room has a beautiful double bed in wrought iron with two drawers and a cupboard. The blue room has a also a double bed in wrought iron with 2 drawers. And the yellow room has a bunk bed, ideal for 2 children. The bathroom with bath and a washbasin.
In the garage is the washing machine, a sink and a large shower with hydro-massage to relax after a busy day.
Possibility to rent off-season for a couple. Price quoted for 4 persons:  50 € extra per person.

Outside
A terrace of 70 m² with a barbecue.  You can enjoy the beautiful days that Corbières offer throughout the year. Prpoperty of 2000m2.

Surroundings
Villerouge-Termenès is a medieval village, with its castle, being classified as a historic national monument since 1976. You can eat 'traditional dishes' in the heart of the village in a medieval restaurant. The baker comes in the week to deliver bread and a shop, selling local products and a wine cellar are located nearby.
You are in the heart of the Corbières, at the Cathar route, so you can choose to visit the Cathar castles or hike the marked trails, relax at the seaside (50 minute drive) or swim in the pure water of a river in Termes.
