There is a separate apartment of 50m2 for 2-4 people, with  kitchen. In total there are 2 kitchens. 

You can also rent this house with another apartment for 4 people so there is place for up to 18 people.

A park with a large swimming pool (12x7m), occasionally shared with the owner and the other apartment. Guests can relax in the swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and vines, or simply relax in the shade of the trees of the Canal du Midi. Barbecue, Parking.

The village is situated between Carcassonne and Marseillette Olanzac the Minervois region of the Languedoc. It lies between the Canal du Midi and the Aude River. A typical French village near the Canal du Midi, with many (tourist) shipping.
There is a small supermarket just 2 km away in Capendu.
Trebes (less than 10 minutes) provides all merchants, grocers, petrol, supermarkets, chemist, newsagent, banks etc.. All shops and supermarkets can be found in Trebes and Carcassonne.
Marseillette is a great base for exploring the beautiful countryside and to discover new wines.
The Cathar history is revealed in the many castle ruins.
